The Queen’s green canopy

Label PR worked with Regatta Great Outdoors to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC) is a unique tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 which invites people from across the United Kingdom to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee.” As a Platinum Sponsor of The Queen’s Green Canopy, The Regatta Group organised staff volunteers to do tree planting sessions in February and March in areas of Greater Manchester that needed it the most. Additionally, they supported local primary schools to help them plant their own trees, to benefit themselves and pupils to come. In the spirit of the QGC initiative, to create a legacy in honour of The Queen, The Regatta Group is also encouraging others to plant a tree of their own and continues to do so.
